Royal Singh
I am Royal Singh. I have been driving professionally in and around Barcelona for 10 years, and I still drive most of the journeys myself.
I started because the airport run kept going wrong for people I knew — a driver who did not turn up, a price that changed on arrival, a car that was not the one that had been promised. So the way I work is simple. You get a fixed price in writing before you travel, you know which car and which driver is coming, and if your flight moves, the pickup moves with it.
Most of my work now comes from people who have used me before, or from their colleagues and family. That is the part of the business I am proudest of.

What passengers say
Our flight into T1 landed almost two hours late and I had written the transfer off. He had been tracking it and was waiting at arrivals when we finally came through. We book him for every Barcelona trip now.
We came off the ship at Moll Adossat with four large cases and a tight connection at Sants. The van was already waiting, the fare was exactly what we had agreed on WhatsApp, and we made the train with time to spare.
Six of us took the V-Class out to Montserrat for the day. He waited at the monastery while we walked, then drove us on to dinner in Sitges. Easily the least stressful day of the whole holiday.
